Learning to heal yourself is a skill worth developing
Consciously choosing to heal yourself helps you create healing within.
You make choices every day of your life. At a certain age, you learned to choose what you would wear each day, and to dress yourself. You became more self sufficient, not needing anyone else to tell you that you needed shoes and socks on your feet. You began to have an opinion about what clothing you put on your body every day.
When you were old enough, you may have helped your family to prepare food. Being able to feed yourself was seen as a good skill to develop, one that you'd certainly need when you became an adult and had to take care of yourself.
The fine art of free will
The choice you make in any situation will depend on the choices you see before you.
Yes, you do have free will, and are free to choose what you want, but what choices are on your menu? Sometimes you might believe you have no choice because none of the available options you see appeal to you. Remember that not choosing is also a choice.
Notes on becoming a conscious healer
There are many ways of being a healer, some of them conscious, and some not.
You can be the healer in your family, job, or group of friends, without being aware of your role.
What does this mean exactly? Well, you could be the peacemaker, or the one who keeps it together for the others. You might soak up everyone’s troubles, maybe you are the sounding board for your friends’ problems.
What is spiritual freedom?
The freedom to be healthy in body, mind, spirit, to have health on all levels of being, is all about spiritual freedom.
It begins in your spirit. There are certain freedoms we each take for granted in our lives each day.
On becoming a conscious healer
Many well meaning and compassionate people make the mistake of giving away their healing energy.
Some believe that being a healer means they have to give their healing energy to others. They unconsciously walk through their life healing everyone in sight.
