Are you allowed to know your own truth?
Are you the one who’s in charge of knowing what’s true for you?
When your truth is inconvenient for someone, they will try to convince you that they know best what’s true for you. If you allow others to convince you that what you know isn't true, you’re letting them curate your truth for you.
Deciding that you are the one with the responsibility to know for yourself, gives you the freedom to act upon what you know. Your knowing gets validated by being made real in your life.
Being psychic doesn't have to make sense
Sometimes it doesn’t make sense.
It can’t be proven to anyone. It may not seem practical, but sometimes you can't ignore that feeling, that inner knowing. If you're trying to make sense of your instincts about something, you’ll miss the chance to receive the valuable information you’re receiving.
It may not be a pleasant feeling, like when someone is lying to you and you know it. Or perhaps a dream you had was so strong and real to you that you wanted to follow its message. It might be inconvenient – here you had all these plans so nicely drawn up, and something within you is telling you to change them, and that something is hard to ignore.
Who owns your body?
My first fight with a doctor happened when I was 19 years old.
My mother took me to this doctor because I’d received a diagnosis of dysplasia, which is considered a pre-cancerous condition. An RN who worked at the University of Chicago hospital at the time, my mother rather predictably freaked out at my diagnosis, which is why I didn’t want to tell her in the first place. However, I was smart enough to know I needed her help with this, so I included her.
She chose a well respected specialist in gynecology at the U of C, and off we went.
Every outcome begins within, or why I don’t make predictions
You are surrounded by people who make predictions.
Who’s going to win the Oscars? Which team will win the championship? What’s the weather going to be today, or the Stock market, or the housing market? Who’s going to be the next president? What’s going to happen next year?
For those who want to know what’s going to happen next, there are plenty of people willing to tell you, with much certainty, about the future.
Changing the culture, one crown chakra at a time
Your crown chakra contains your ability to communicate with spirit and to know your own answers.
Also known as the 7th chakra, your crown chakra is the part of you that helps you know yourself, and to know your own truth.
There is a lot of competition for what you know, and for what you get to know. Many people are invested in how and what you know, and whether you are allowed to know. More than a few would prefer that you don't know certain things.
What don't you know that you don't know?
What are you not aware of not being aware about?
What's never crossed your mind? Until suddenly it does, and you realize you didn't know this before. Maybe you realize it was there all along, and you couldn't see it yet. What don't you know that you don't know?
Once you know it, everything changes.
